I have been running my own law firm as an attorney-at-law since 2011. I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin, and then completed the traineeship for trainee attorneys-at-law (aplikacja radcowska) run by the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (OIRP Warszawa) and passed the bar examination. I am entered on the roll of attorneys-at-law kept by the Warsaw Bar Association under number WA-7750.
I have experience providing legal assistance to both private individuals and businesses. My practice covers civil law, family law, commercial and corporate law, real estate, employment law, administrative law and the law relating to foreigners, in the broadest sense.
I approach every case and every Client individually, identifying their needs and legal issues before presenting a solution. I know that for the Client, their case is what matters most.
I represent Clients before courts and public authorities, as well as in disputes and out-of-court negotiations. I offer a flexible approach within varied terms of cooperation and fee arrangements. I also provide services in English.
For over a decade I played rugby as an amateur, winning medals at the Polish Championships. I took part as a player in the IRB-FIRA U19 World Cup - Division B 2001. After finishing my playing career, I spent many years as a member of the disciplinary bodies of the Polish Rugby Union (the Appeals Committee and the Committee for Games and Discipline).
The firm cooperates with lawyers operating in the Czech Republic and Slovakia:
The amount of the fee depends on the type of case, the scope of legal assistance provided and the workload involved. The fee is agreed individually with the Client.
These fee arrangements may be combined, depending on the Client's needs and the type of legal assistance provided.
